Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions describe the rules that apply when you use Lilibet. They explain the relationship between our service and you as a user, including account responsibilities, eligibility, how promotions and payments work, and how we handle disputes and updates. By registering or using our site you agree to follow these terms and any related policies posted on the site.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Only one account is permitted per person, household and payment method. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts for fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, chargebacks, use of multiple accounts, or other breaches of these terms.
Eligibility requirements
To open an account you must meet legal age requirements in your province and be legally permitted to use offshore gaming services. We require full and truthful personal information when you register and may request identity and address verification documents before allowing withdrawals. Failure to complete verification when requested may limit account functions.
Acceptable platform use
Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, shared accounts, VPNs to bypass geo-restrictions, or any activity intended to manipulate games or promotions is prohibited. Users must not attempt to exploit system errors, interfere with other players, or submit false documents. We reserve the right to take corrective action, including withholding winnings, when misuse is detected.
General bonus and promotion rules
Promotions are subject to specific terms that accompany each offer. Unless otherwise stated, only one active bonus may apply to an account at a time. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry periods are set out in individual promotion terms. We may cancel or adjust promotions where we reasonably suspect abuse, manipulation or error.
Deposits and withdrawals
Payments must be made from sources in your name. We support a range of deposit and withdrawal methods; minimum and maximum amounts may vary by method. Withdrawals are subject to verification and may be delayed while required checks are completed. We may apply internal limits on withdrawals and instalment payments for large sums. Any fees from banks or payment providers are the responsibility of the user unless stated otherwise.
Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, contact our support team so we can investigate. We aim to resolve account and payment issues promptly and will keep a record of the complaint. If we cannot agree, we will consider mediation or other independent dispute mechanisms where available. Using the service does not remove your statutory rights under Canadian law.
Updates to terms and conditions
We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, business practices or services. When we do, we will post the revised terms on the site and indicate the effective date. Continued use of your account after updates confirms acceptance of the new terms. Where significant changes affect existing obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users in advance.
